Job Description

  • Organize and maintain office files .
  • Manage calendars schedule meetings and arrange travel.
  • Assist in preparing reports presentations and documents.
  • Help organize company events and meetings.
  • Provide general office support and greet visitors.
  • Coordinate with office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Compile customer invoices monthly.
  • Collaborate on special projects and tasks as needed.
  • Handle customer and supplier cheques.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a business field.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
