Job Description
Hardware Testing & Troubleshooting of Hardware Faults
Installation of Firewall Security VOIP Routing and Switching Wireless networks
Server Hardware Troubleshooting
Remote Supports
Maintaining Cisco Products
Checking logs of router and switches for troubleshooting network issues
Warehouse and Stock Management
Setting up developing and maintaining computer networks within the organization or between organizations.
Offer support to users who can be staff clients customers and suppliers and troubleshoot any problems that arise.
Implement administer and troubleshoot network devices including WAPs firewalls routers switches and controllers.
Configure routing and switching equipment hosted IP voice services and firewalls
Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources
Replacing faulty network hardware components when required at warehouse or on Client site.
Provide remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation
The Engineer should be Available all the time on phone if any AMC incident call come then have to attend it on priority basis without any excuses.
