Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Clean and prepare architectural models for visualization.
- Determine and set marketable camera angles to showcase details and finishes.
- Apply lighting and textures to create photorealistic CGIs.
- Produce highquality exterior and interior CGIs.
- Improvise with interior styling including mood board creation and sourcing furniture and decor.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and budgets while maintaining high standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- An excellent portfolio of authenticated personal work is crucial.
- Organised and efficient.
- Great communicator.
- Commercially minded understanding the importance of producing work that sells.
- Collaborative prioritizing marketing needs over artistry.
- Experience working inhouse at an architect firm and on the agency side.
- Creativity and craftsmanship with attention to detail.
- Commercial viability of the work produced.
- Technical proficiency with key software and hardware.
