You will lead Workday implementations transform data into actionable insights and support clients through the entire project lifecycle ensuring smooth transitions and optimal outcomes. Responsibilities: Your IT Daily Impact

• Provide Workday technical consulting services as a subject matter expert.
  
• Lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycle from requirements through release to production.
  
• Design and generate data tracking and monitoring tools developing reports with accurate useful information.
  
• Convert and map data sources into data conversion templates via iLoads.
  
• Guide clients through data extract and cleansing processes including iLoading customer data moving configuration from tenant to tenant and configuring business processes and security.
  
• Support clients through all project phases ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution.
  
• Advise clients on options risks and impacts related to data conversion.
  
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
  
• Complete tasks efficiently and on time.
  
• Report progress to clients and project managers.
  
• Seek ways to improve the delivery of Workday solutions.
  
• Provide quality documentation consistent with standards.
  
• Participate in update training and internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Qualifications: The IT Expertise You Need

• MUST be Workday HCM certified.
  
• Bachelors Degree.
  
• 2 years experience in Workday Data Conversion/Migration with HCM Payroll Time Tracking Absence Benefits Financials and/or Integrations Solutions.
  
• Experience with data migration in HCM Payroll Time Tracking Absence Benefits Financials and/or Integrations.
  
• Experience with the full life cycle of implementations and upgrades.
  
• Experience with legacy ERP data extraction (Oracle Peoplesoft SAP).
  
• Experience with Data Warehousing Data Architecture and Data Audits.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Quick learner motivated to understand various technologies used in the Workday ecosystem.
  
• High proficiency with MS Excel ASAP Utilities MS Office Suite.
