Job Description Knowledge Management TL (5 years)

Strong technical writing design and user experience skills
oTechnical Documentation: Demonstrated ability to write clear concise technical
documentation including user manuals release notes and troubleshooting
guides. This involves breaking down complex technical concepts into easyto
understand language for various audiences.
oInstructional Design: Experience in designing instructional materials such as
online courses tutorials and training modules. This includes structuring content
in a logical sequence incorporating interactive elements and using multimedia to
enhance learning experiences.
oUX/UI Design Principles: Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and best
practices including wireframing prototyping and user testing. This involves
creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that prioritize user needs and
enhance usability.
oInformation Architecture: Ability to organize and structure content effectively to
improve findability and navigation within digital products or platforms. This
includes creating sitemaps taxonomies and navigation systems that support
intuitive user journeys.
Creative problemsolving skills attention to detail and the ability to think strategically and
act tactically
oProblemSolving Skills: Strong problemsolving skills to overcome challenges
and obstacles that may arise during task management and project execution.
This involves identifying issues brainstorming solutions and implementing
effective strategies to resolve them.
