• Consuming and analyzing data from a multitude of sources including but not limited to: digital marketing traditional marketing website analytics point of sale and customer profile data.
  
• Creating and testing hypotheses on influencing variables and reporting findings.
  
• Creating processes that streamline data collection and reporting needs.
  
• Supporting the Analytics team with data modeling regression analysis and correlation analysis.
  
• Ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
  
• Managing integrating and transforming data to allow for accurate and normalized analysis of information.
  
• Providing recommendations on business rules that aid in operational efficiency.
  
• Exhibiting a comprehensive understanding of business objectives needs and requirements.
  
• Thinking creatively to analyze metrics from a variety of perspectives with the goal of providing valuable insights.
  
• Collaborating with teammates to present information in a consumable and impactful manner.
  

Requirements

The Right Stuff: Skills and Experience to Break New Ground

• Bachelor s degree in data science mathematics statistics marketing or a related field.
  
• Four plus (4) years of experience with website data in Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics and analysis of common digital marketing dimensions and metrics.
  
• Understanding of marketing channels and strategies with an emphasis on digital marketing.
  
• Experience with Adobe Analytics Google Analytics and Tag Management.
  
• Experience with complex dataset consumption.
  
• Extensive experience with ETL processes.
  
• Experience with Python and the Pandas library.
  

Required Skills:

• Ability to multitask and simultaneously work in multiple work streams.
  
• Ability to learn new technology platforms in a timely manner.
  
• Strong attention to detail.
