Customer Service Officer Puchong Selangor

• Respond promptly and professionally to phone reservations from various outlets accurately documenting all reservation details.
  
• Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding available services pricing and any other inquiries they may have.
  
• Collaborate with outlets to coordinate reservation schedules and ensure that all bookings are handled efficiently and accurately.
  
• Act as a liaison between customers and the different outlets facilitating smooth communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  
• Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information always ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  
• Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  
• To perform any other duties as assigned immediate superior or any other person assigned by the Management.
  

Requirements

• Able to speak Mandarin fluently.
  
• Minimum SPM graduated.
  
• Organized and efficient in daily tasks.
  
• Basic verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
  
• Goaloriented organized team player.
  
• Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying to actively look for ways to help people.
  
• Proficiency in using office software applications telephone systems and other relevant tools.
