Project Manager

• Create a standardized strategy for all types of initiatives and projects by designing the operational processes throughout the initiative lifetime.
  
• Regularly update operating procedures and assist in the formation of new projects and tribes in compliance with necessary regulations.
  
• Assist in the creation of tools and templates and provide initiative teams with guidance on how to complete and update them based on initiative progress.
  
• Define monitoring tools and templates and make necessary customizations.
  
• Apply and maintain tools and templates used to track and report across the portfolio of transformation programs (Foundational and Agile).
  
• Support the CEO workshops governance meetings and the Head of IPMO and team with logistics; moreover serve as the point of contact for establishing an Agile working environment at the Transformation Office.
  
• Compile and correctly and promptly create progress reports for the leadership committees.
  
• Work together with stakeholders in business units and divisions to determine the high level planning needs for resources in order to guarantee the best possible use of such resources.
  
• Monitor and regulate the effectiveness of resource consumption to guarantee that there is enough for all Transformation Office units as well as for bankwide projects that fall within the authorized plan.
  
• Collaborate with teams and leaders of transformation initiatives to monitor the correctness of tool inputs and to comprehend the status of the portfolios they are allocated.
  
• Collaborate with initiative leaders to adjust the status of initiatives address issues as they arise identify and report major obstacles monitor development assess financial values and oversee the usage of monitoring technologies.
  
• Actively direct divisions business units and initiative teams to ensure successful crossfunctional cooperation.
  
• Monitor the initiatives quality and adherence to the necessary requirements.
  
• Assist in the development of the Early Warning System (EWS) by the iPMO Lead.
  

Requirements

• A bachelors or masters degree in a related field such as technology business banking or finance
  
• 8 years or more of experience managing projects or programs using either Agile or Waterfall methodology
  
• Experience managing projects or programs in a bank or technology company such as developing banking products managing performance and implementing IT projects.
  
• Proven track record of leading large organizationwide transformation programs while working in a transformation office.
  
• Excellent knowledge and experience in adjusting the proper ratios of traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach to fit large complex missioncritical enterpriselevel projects.
  
• Strong experience in performance tracking and management including the operation of performance reviews.
  
• A PMP or PgMP certification in project management would be beneficial.
