Operations Processor

As an Invoice Processor you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing invoices ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy

Processing payments and reconciling accounts

Resolving any discrepancies or issues with invoices

Maintaining detailed records of financial transactions

Communicating effectively with vendors and internal teams

Assisting with monthend close processes

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in invoice processing or a related field

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure

High school diploma or equivalent; Associates/Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
