• Oversee IT development teams and support technical operations.
  
• Administer systems and databases using Amazon EC2 S3 and SQL Server ().
  
• Automate data processing workflows with PowerShell Python AutoIt and Linux shell.
  
• Provide technical support and training ensuring emerging technical trends are understood.
  
• Design implement and maintain custom baseline workstations systems LAN/WAN and disaster recovery architectures.
  
• Evaluate hardware/software against customer requirements for technical evaluation.
  
• Integrate COTS and GOTS software into networks for production deployment.
  
• Maintain Atlassian applications (Jira Service Management Jira Software Confluence Bitbucket Bamboo Fisheye/Crucible Crowd Insight/Assets) for health scalability manageability and security.
  
• Familiar with agile software development and project workflows.
  
• Use Linux for application upgrades and troubleshoot service disruptions.
  
• Administer VCenter and VM environments.
  
• Enhance Jira automation using JavaScript.
  

Recommended Certifications (desired but not mandatory):

• Jira Administration for Data Center and Server (SCP100)
  
• Jira Essentials with Agile Mindset
  
• Confluence Administration Data Center
  
• Basic understanding of network communications
  
• Basic understanding of enterprise storage technology specifically Network Attached Storage (NAS) via Network File System (NFS)
  
• Maintaining a VMware or HyperV infrastructure
  
• Basic understanding of Linux commands
  
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO)
  
• VMware PowerCLI using Microsoft PowerShell
  
• Understanding basics of project management to include understanding resource planning for technical projects
  
• Creating end user admin and system documentation
