Job Description
Job Title: Plant Fitter/ Diesel Mechanic
Location: Meath
Job Type: Fulltime
Job Summary:
Our client seeks a skilled Plant Fitter to maintain and repair agricultural machinery plant equipment and vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair faults in machinery and vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing.
- Conduct welding and fabrication tasks.
- Provide technical support and training to staff.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Adhere to health and safety policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Plant Fitter.
- Knowledge of diesel engines hydraulics and agricultural machinery.
- Proficient in MIG TIG and Arc welding (preferred).
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
- Strong problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Valid driving license.

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
