Your mission as a BI Developer is to be a partner to both theCommercial and Operations sides of the business playing a key role in establishing a strongfoundation for decisionmaking at Oatly. You will work closely with business partners in FinanceSustainable Operations and other functions as well as your colleagues in the Data & Analytics teamwithin the Business Tech function.

You will have the opportunity to contribute by designing building and maintaining data systemsanalyzing the data and generating reports and insights. Experience or interest in the backend is aplus and there is potential for growth into a fullstack BI Developer role. We see a lot ofopportunities in this role to drive digitalization and business decisionmaking forward. We aim toestablish a BI environment where business stakeholders can use data and visualization to answertheir questions.

Heres what you will do:

Be part of a modern analytics team supporting critical business functions to help Oatly
become a global leader in oatbased products.

Transform data into userfriendly insights.

Support business users in understanding and interpreting data.

Work together with business stakeholders BI developers data engineers product ownersand users to optimize/ develop modern reports and dashboards.

Leverage your backend knowledge and potentially grow into a fullstack BI Developer.

ARE YOU THE OATSOME PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A Bachelors degree in computer science informatics or something related cool if youvegot it

At least 3 years of experience as a business intelligence developer or analyst (or somethingsimilar)

Youve got a knack for turning business needs into data magic

You have experience in data modeling SQL and Excel

Plus youve been in the Power BI game for at least a year

Power BI (Admin incremental refreshes optimization etc)

Good stakeholder management

NOW HERES WHERE YOU CAN REALLY SHINE (THOUGH NOT A DEALBREAKER):

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps DBT & Databricks if these sound like your jamhighfive!

You know how to make reports and dashboards that users love (UI/UX skills)

Ever played around with data cataloging Were into it

If exploratory data analysis and advanced analytics are your thing were all ears

Python or another objectoriented programming language

Experience with Azure and Azure Power Automate
