The Role:

• Deliver Engaging Lessons: Teach art according to the national curriculum.
• Support Creativity: Encourage and develop students artistic skills.
• Create a Positive Environment: Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom.
• Monitor Progress: Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
• Showcase Art: Organise and display student artwork.
• Collaborate and Develop: Contribute to curriculum development and engage in professional growth.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Art or related subject.
• Preferred experience teaching art at the secondary level.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for art and commitment to student success.

Desirable:

• Experience with extracurricular art activities.
• Knowledge of various artistic techniques.
• Ability to engage students of all abilities.
