Head of Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop implement and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team providing guidance training and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including production engineering and regulatory affairs to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics identifying trends and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations certifications and standards including ISO GMP and FDA requirements.
• Oversee the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and nonconformance issues implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• Stay uptodate with industry best practices and advancements in quality assurance methodologies and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in quality assurance with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles methodologies and standards (ISO GMP FDA etc.).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a highperforming team.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g. CQE CQA) is a plus.
