Job Description

Human Resources Business Partner

Salary: 3000 USD monthly

Job Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business goals of our design agency. This role focuses on building a robust HR framework to support the agency's growth recruiting and retaining top design talent and fostering a positive and creative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Planning:
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to understand the agency's goals and develop HR strategies that support business growth and objectives.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
    • Lead the recruitment process to attract and hire top designers and other essential staff.
    • Develop job descriptions conduct interviews and manage the selection process.
    • Build relationships with design schools and professional organizations to create a pipeline of potential candidates.
  3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Address employee concerns mediate conflicts and provide support to managers and staff.
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Design and implement performance management systems to ensure employees' performance aligns with the agency's objectives.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance reviews goal setting and career development plans.
  5. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employees' skills and capabilities.
    • Facilitate professional development opportunities and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  6. Organizational Development and Change Management:
    • Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Develop processes and systems to support the agency's growth and scalability.
  7. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Develop and implement policies to mitigate HRrelated risks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic HR role preferably within a creative or design agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and international employment laws.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment especially in the creative/design industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Has preferably worked in a startup creating and defining processes for people operation and other areas of opportunity.
