Job Description

Sales Director

  • Calling tool: Kixie
  • Automated Outbound: Instantly

Qualifications:

  • Job is for a Director NOT a closer. Rarely are they the same person.
    • Humble servantoriented. Want to pour into the team and watch them succeed.
  • Experienced and has done it before which is sold SaaS to an old school industry and hired people to do it.
  • Metrics driven and can track the team but also be accounatable yourself.
  • Someone who can repeat directions over and over and over again like an energizer bunny without losing enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Director must set the tone and culture of the team.
  • Submit endofday and endofweek reports.
  • Conducts one oneonones with each team member.
  • Creat a leaderboard visible to everyone. Also new game and prizes each month to keep things fun.
  • 2 team huddles week
  • 1 oneonone per week
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in a directly related poisition.
  • 3 years of experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Organized.
  • Strong leadership.
  • Monitor calls side by side (virtually)
  • KPIs. Calls made. Connects. Calls more than 5 min. Closes. Energy
  • Role playing to have the most effective team.
  • Sit side by side with the team (virtually)
  • Accountability for the team and coaching.
  • Complete PIP for team when needed.
