Job Description

As a Remote ItalianSpeaking Customer Advisor you will play a vital role in offering exceptional support to our Italianspeaking clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Exceptional Customer Support: Providing outstanding customer service through phone email and chat to Italianspeaking clients addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Personalized Travel Planning: Assisting clients with planning and booking travel arrangements such as flights accommodations transportation and activities while offering customized recommendations to meet their preferences.
  • Sales and Promotion: Actively promoting and selling travel packages tours and supplementary services that align with clients interests ensuring they have unforgettable travel experiences.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively addressing and resolving any travelrelated problems or concerns that clients may encounter before during or after their trips ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey.
  • Accurate Documentation: Ensuring all travel documents are accurate complete and delivered to clients in a timely manner.
  • Industry Research: Staying current with the latest travel trends destinations and industry news to provide wellinformed and uptodate recommendations to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive team dynamic.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian with at least a B2 level of English both written and spoken.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • CustomerFocused Attitude: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to providing superior customer service.
  • Adaptability and Multitasking: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers the internet and various travel booking software and tools.
  • Previous Experience: While prior experience in the travel industry is a plus it is not essential. We offer comprehensive training for candidates who show the right attitude and potential.
