Tasks

Were looking for candidates from the Desborough / Market Harborough / Leicester areas.

We have 3 clients in these areas who are looking for staff to help support them from now until Xmas

Requirements

Position: Warehouse Packers

Location: Desborough / Market Harborough / Leicester

Working Hours:

• Various Shifts available
• Days 7/8am Start 4/5pm Finish
• Fixed shifts 6am 2pm and 2pm 10pm
• All positions are ongoing Potential Temp to Perm

Pay Rate:

• 11.52 to 12.00 per hour
• Lots of overtime available
• Regular work

Start Date:

• ASAP (Induction and starts immediately)
• Also Starts on the 5th and 12th August

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack various products according to orders.
• Ensure products are correctly labelled and ready for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
