Title: Inside Sales Representative (HYBRID)
Location: Columbus OH
This position is located at our distribution facility at Columbus OH and is Hybrid role. 3 Days in office 2 days remote.
Description
This position will report to the Marketing Product Manager and will call on standard fabricator house accounts and distributor/dealer accounts within the Clients US territory. These accounts across the US will be proactively reached out to by email phone and schedule Teams and Customer Intimacy/Inventory Review call.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Builds lasting customer relationships through prospecting qualifying and cold calling and closing sales opportunities.
Identifies needs and proposes unique solutions to solve customers problems.
Meets or exceeds all performance and revenue goals.
Collaborates with other team members to improve performance and bring greater value to our customers.
Conducts outbound calls to contacts identified by the marketing team (e.g. fabricators service providers distributors) and responds to incoming new customer calls.
Establishes rapport with new contacts to develop potential new business.
Identifies opportunities for Clients catalog.
Develops proposals and pricing within existing parameters for owned accounts as well as negotiating final pricing and contracts.
Create sales plans identifies and interprets buying trends to grow accounts and increase catalog penetration in owned standard accounts.
Works with sales management to drive winback action plan for lost accounts.
Education/Experience:
BA/BS degree highly preferred.
4 years of inside sales experience.
Past work experience in a durable goods manufacturing distribution or equipment sales environment working within sales sales operations and/or customer service is desirable.

Expresses good product knowledge across all CHG catalog offerings and potential for special projects.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively between generating new sales and servicing existing accounts.

Professional enthusiastic and assertive disposition towards customers.
Conducts adhoc postmortem reviews.
Performs job duties necessary to provide excellent service required to maintain existing accounts while developing additional business from those accounts and new ones.
Ensures that communications to customer is accurate timely and appropriate.
Can operate independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) Power BI Teams and Business Central preferred.
