Job Description: SAP Specialist (MM & PP/QM)
Need is for a SAP Specialist to assist clients Inventory Control Manager and team of analysts and specialists in optimizing our SAP system and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
1. Upskill and CrossTrain Employees 35%: Upskill and crosstrain fulltime Cronos employees on maximizing the current version of SAP focusing on practical tips tricks and best practices. This includes comprehensive training sessions on utilizing the MM (Materials Management) and PP/QM (Production Planning/Quality Management) modules. Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure employees are proficient and confident in using SAP functionalities effectively.
2. Support Design and Launch of New SAP Functionality 35%: Support the design and launch of new SAP functionality for the Operations team in Stayner providing best practices insight into design requirements. Assist with holistic support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to golive including coordinating test efforts writing test scenarios and offering test support and guidance for fellow users. Ensure that the new functionalities are seamlessly integrated into the existing system and meet the operational needs of the team.
3. Enhance Management Reporting 15%: Help the Operations team maximize the depth and breadth of management reporting capabilities within SAP. Focus on developing and refining inventory reports ensuring data accuracy and relevance. Provide insights and recommendations on how to leverage SAP reporting tools to support datadriven decisionmaking and improve overall operational performance.
4. Compliance and Process Documentation 15%: Assist with compliance and process documentation ensuring that all inventory management and operational processes are welldocumented and adhere to regulatory requirements. Work closely with the team to identify gaps and areas for improvement in current documentation practices. Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation to support audit readiness and operational consistency.
Candidate Requirements:
1. 35 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA specifically in the MM (Materials Management) and PP/QM (Production Planning/Quality Management) modules.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively train and support team members. Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and provide clear guidance and support to ensure successful adoption of SAP functionalities.
3. Proficiency in creating refining and analyzing management reports within SAP. Ability to generate accurate inventory reports and provide actionable insights to support datadriven decisionmaking.
4. Skilled in documenting business processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Experience in creating comprehensive process documentation to support operational consistency and audit readiness.
