Job Description
- Conduct initial, recertification, and surveillance audits as per the designated schedule.
- Deliver training sessions according to the outlined schedule.
- Ensure timely submission of audit packs as per Key Performance Indicators.
- Provide prompt responses to inquiries from affiliates.
- Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships.
- Undertake L1 and L2 audits as assigned by the Business Manager.
