Tech Lead - Full-Stack Developer

Tasks

As our Tech Lead you will play a central role in the development of our webbased learning platform. You will lead an experienced development team and significantly shape the technical roadmap of our product. Your responsibilities include:

• Innovative Development: You will improve and expand the featureset of our platform with a usercentric approach focusing on automation and AI integration.
• Implementation: You will also be directly responsible for the technical implementation of the roadmap.
• Leadership and Collaboration: You will coordinate and inspire your team in the planning and implementation of new features. Your handson mentality drives technical implementation forward.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years in agile software product development ideally with experience in our technical environment.
• Technical Knowhow: Deep knowledge of PHP (Laravel) and TypeScript (React.js) strong experience with relational databases (MySQL) and familiarity with AI technologies and big data approaches.
• Tool Competence: Proficient in SaaS RESTful APIs and version control (Git GitLab).
• Problem Solving: A proactive attitude and the ability to efficiently implement innovative solutions.
