Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
Human Resources Knowledge: Good understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes, including talent search strategies, interviewing and assessment techniques.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and executives.
Organizational skills: Ability to effectively manage recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and following up on administrative processes.
