Job Description

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. Higher degrees such as a Master's in Human Resource Management or Talent Acquisition may be preferred.

Communication Skills: Effective communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams, including the ability to conduct interviews and make interesting job offers.

Ability to plan and organize: The ability to organize recruitment events, manage recruitment programmes, and ensure the use of best practices in the field of talent attraction.

Technology Literacy: Ability to use social platforms and online talent search tools, in addition to analyzing data associated with recruitment processes.

Creativity and Innovation: The ability to develop new and creative strategies to attract and attract talent, commensurate with the needs of the organization and the current labor market.
