Job Description: We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Executive to manage and enhance our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will handle multimarketplace operations product listings and overall online marketplace management to drive growth and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings across various eCommerce platforms (Amazon Flipkart Myntra etc.).
Oversee inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase online sales.
Monitor and analyze sales performance traffic and conversion rates.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to create engaging product descriptions and imagery.
Stay updated with eCommerce trends and competitors activities to ensure a competitive edge.
Generate and present reports on sales metrics and online performance.
Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing Business or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce management.
Proven track record of handling multimarketplace operations.
Strong understanding of SEO SEM and online advertising.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and tools (e.g. Shopify Magento Amazon Seller Central).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
