Purchase Executive

We are hiring Purchase Executive for leading Interior Industry

Location : Vuirudhunagar

Responsibilities:

Procure goods materials and services in accordance with company policies and procedures

Research and identify potential vendors negotiate prices and terms

Manage vendor relationships conduct performance evaluations and resolve issues

Prepare and manage purchase orders contracts and agreements

Ensure timely delivery quality and specifications of purchased items

Analyze market trends prices and product availability

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement meets business needs

Maintain accurate records reports and databases

Requirements

Requirements:

2 years of experience in procurement purchasing or supply chain management

Bachelors degree in Business Logistics or a related field

Strong negotiation communication and analytical skills

Proficiency in procurement software ERP systems and MS Office

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail organizational skills and data management abilities
