Key Responsibilities:

3. Serve as the system administrator for our insurance software ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting any technical issues.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
5. Stay uptodate on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
6. Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
