Scrum Master

• Provide guidance to teams regarding crossfunctionality and selfmanagement.
  
• Assist teams in concentrating on the development of highvalue increments that adhere to the Definition of Done (DoD).
  
• Provide Product Owners with the necessary skills to define product goals effectively manage the product backlog and plan releases in order to optimize business value. Train and coach them in these areas.
  
• Provide training and coaching to teams initiatives and stakeholders to ensure the application of the empirical approach incremental and iterative development lean thinking and Scrum values.
  
• Develop educate coach implement and enhance the adoption of Scrum for the initiative and/or the broader organization.
  
• Guarantee that Scrum events are conducted in a positive and productive manner within the designated timeframe.
  
• Assume the appropriate roles for teams: Trainer Mentor Coach Leader Facilitator Manager Change Agent.
  
• Assist teams in enhancing their efficacy efficiency and practices through Scrum including maturity assessments improvement plans training and coaching activities.
  
• Facilitate the eradication of obstacles that impede the progress of teams.
  
• Provide training and coaching to administrators on the topics of empowering individuals enabling and nurturing selfmanaging and highperforming teams.
  
• Provide training and coaching to teams on the use of Agile technologies such as Jira Confluence Miro and Trello.
  
• Provide training and coaching to assist teams initiatives and/or the broader organization in the implementation of evidencebased management (EBM).
  

Requirements

• Bachelor or higher degree in Banking Finance Technology Business Administration Information technology or related major
  
• 5 years of work experience in financial services banking or fintech organizations is preffered
  
• Professional Scrum certificates such as ACSM or PSM II. Added benefits include Agile Project Management Lean Six Sigma PMP and PMIACP.
  
• Proficient in the training and mentoring of Scrum for teams.
  
• Proficient in the training guidance and mentoring of a variety of positions including Product Owner Designer Developer Tester and Manager.
  
• Be a servant leader who is a team member and possesses strong facilitation conflict resolution communication motivation and interpersonal skills.
  
• Wellversed in engineering best practices including automation CICD TDD and ATDD
  
• Proficiency in standard tools including Confluence Jira Bitbucket Jenkins and SonarQ.
