- Teaching of both core and elective courses in the subjects of Finance Management.
- Take responsibility for the ATA department in terms of teaching and administration activities.
- Making the teaching more effective and interesting to the students by the use of multimedia or latest digital platforms teaching aids.
- The faculty member is required to plan and make complete preparation well in advance to effectively teach the theory and practical courses.
- He/she should prepare the schedule of lectures with topics tests assignments demonstrations screening of video or power point presentation etc. in advance and the students should be informed of the same.
- He is also required to provide his full support in organizing various events and programs in the campus.

- Provide strong academic leadership
- Develop the department to ensure it achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in all its activities
- Ensure smooth functioning of the department
- Development of the Curriculum to keep up to date with relevant changes
- Accountable for developing the academic strategy of the Department in line with Faculty and University strategic plans and direction
