Job Description


Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the marine operations team.
Maintain organized records and documentation related to marine activities.
Coordinate logistics and scheduling for marine operations including vessel movements and crew schedules.
Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and correspondence.
Incharge of the Department reference publication library.
Monitor and track expenses budgets and inventory related to marine operations.
Assist with procurement of marine supplies and equipment.
Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for marine personnel.
Support safety and compliance initiatives by maintaining records and documentation.
Perform general office tasks such as filing photocopying and handling incoming/outgoing mail.



Requirements

Diploma in marine engineering or similar field (maritime or engineering majors are preferred)
At least 2 years work experience in oil trading industry and in similar role
Meticulous diligent and professional
Good drafting and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office applications including Words and Excel
