In 2016 our founders wanted to feed their dogs named Edgard and Cooper pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldnt find this they decided to make their own. Now 8 years later our pack has 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

What type of breed are we looking for

We have big ambitious goals to disrupt the pet food industry across multiple European markets. As we scale rapidly on our DTC channel we need support to continue our growth trajectory.

Our ideal candidate is someone with a keen interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn. Fluency in European languages is a plus! Whilst some experience is advantageous we value your eagerness to dive in and contribute learning from the knowledge and experience of other growth marketeers on the team. You should be comfortable with numbers detailoriented and collaborative. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office minimum in London (UK).

What is in your bowl

• Collaborate with creative digital product and customer happiness teams to brief copy creative assets and translations for our digital ads email newsletters landing pages and blogs
• Assist growth marketeers in the daytoday management of digital acquisition channels (e.g. Meta TikTok Google) including setting up campaigns making optimisations running A/B tests
• Help launch ad hoc campaigns for local and global initiatives across paid & email marketing
• Run deep dives on campaign performance providing insights analysis and recommendations
• Monitor industry trends competitor activities and platform updates to stay informed of best practices and potential opportunities

What skills & tricks should you bring

• Recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of digital marketing experience
• Fluent in English and speaking additional European languages would be big plus
• Comfortable working with numbers as were a data driven team
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in crossfunctional projects
• Structured and organised way of working
• Eager to learn and be handson in supporting the team
