Data Center Trainee - Amazon Data Services Bahrain WLL - F51

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent education

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is growing rapidly and we are looking for Entry Level Trainees to join our Data Center team as part of our WorkBased Learning Program (WBLP). Trainees will participate in our 12week work and training program in a Bahrain Data Center.

This is a unique opportunity for driven selfstarters to play a key role in a fastgrowing business and to deliver significant value to AWS customers by maintaining the worlds largest Cloud Computing Infrastructure.

As a Data Center trainee you will opportunity to specialise in an area of interest including:

• IT Hardware: infrastructure related support related to hardware (Motherboard RAM CPU GPU etc) and networking (Link Down Optics Replacements Switch Replacements etc).
• Engineering Operations: ensure that the data centers mechanical electrical fire/life safety equipment and plumbing operates at 100% availability.
• Network Installation: delivering AWS network installation and deployments in AWS Cloud regions.

This role is entry level and full training will be provided.

About the team
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design planning delivery and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words were the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers storage networking power and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and were looking for talented people who want to help.
