Job Description

Marketing Director at Architecture Studio in South London

Are you an experienced marketing professional eager to join a team that values culture as much as creativity A dynamic design studio in South Londonis seeking someone just like you to lead their international marketing efforts. This role is tailormade for a proactive resourceful selfstarter with a strategic mindset and a flexible approach. You’ll need strong time management skills a keen eye for visual communications and a fierce dedication to the brand. Located in London’s vibrant South Bank office you will primarily support the studio’s Aviation Commercial Interiors and Data Centre sectors.

Your main responsibilities will include partnering with senior studio members and other marketers to lead the coordination and production of materials such as responses to etenders RFTs and RFPs presentation development design competitions and award submissions. You’ll be leading kickoff meetings to define strategies for pursuit deliverables coordinating interview presentation runthroughs and communicating the brand through custom visual and written content.

Working closely with internal team members outside partners and key stakeholders you’ll define key differentiators and collect the necessary information to support marketing efforts. You’ll also partner with the Communications team to identify and support opportunities for project and office story development thought leadership articles media pitches and social posts. Managing and updating CRM data SharePoint resource library content and OpenAsset digital assets will also be part of your regular duties.

In this role you’ll lead the development of materials that speak to regionallyspecific areas across Europe and Asia bolstering international brand building and marketing initiatives. Your ability to effectively prioritize competing deadlines and maintain communication with all stakeholders will be crucial to your success.

The ideal candidate will have 510 years of experience in the A/E/C industry with a preference for experience in Aviation Interiors or Data Centres. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite primarily InDesign and PowerPoint is essential. You should have a comprehensive understanding of UK and EU procurement processes and requirements as well as experience working within a strong brand and adhering to brand guidelines.

Creative problemsolving resourcefulness and the ability to work independently are key. You'll excel in relationship building and collaboration functioning as an integrated team member. Highly skilled in both verbal and written communication you’ll have a dedication to client service and thrive in a deadlinedriven environment. Impeccable organizational and time management skills are a must along with confidence in leading conversations with senior studio members and offering ideas feedback and presentations.
