Job:Calabrio Analyst
Location:Bangalore / Hyderabad
Job Description:
- Knows Calabrio in and out as an application. It’s good to know other Quality management tools like Nice variant etc.
- They should have experience in Calabrio (QC tool) and can perform analysis and create actionable intelligence from the data.
- Can work on reports to share insights and actionable intelligence.
- Has decent experience on speech analytics word/phrase library maintenance dashboard creation illogical report creation report building predictive analytics and generating scorecards.
- Should be able to drive Quality improvements.
- Should have experience handling a team of Quality analyst
- Target Organizations Sutherland Concentrix Teleperformance NTT Data
