Accounts Receivable Specialist

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in accounts receivable/treasury/accounting operations function;
• Graduate of BS accountancy/financial accounting/management accounting or any accounting related courses;
• Proficient in Excel and is knowledgeable in other Microsoft office tools and softwares;
• knowledgeable of revenue/accounts receivable accounting and the applicable tax treatments

Roles and Responsibilities

• Performs daily sales reconciliation of club daily sales report and end of day reports;
• Performs cash coding in Xero every Thursday for weekly reconciliation of cash card checks and other over the counter collections;
• Prepares summary of sales and collection reports;
• Prepares AR monitoring report for submission to the management;
• Monitors clubs daily submission of requirements and updates compliance report daily;
• Conducts quarterly clubs audit;
• Attends weekly meetings with team leaders;
• Other duties as assigned related to the work
