Tasks

• Lead the development and architecture of Javabased applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Mentor junior developers providing guidance and knowledge sharing to enhance the teams skills and productivity.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices coding standards and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing applications to maintain and improve functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development including proficiency with Java 8 and above.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework Hibernate and RESTful API design.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Experience with cloud based solutions (AWS is preferred).
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
