Senior CRO Specialist English Speaker

Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact working as Senior CRO Specialist Specialist will be:

• Analyzing competitor and reference sites to identify useful ideas for optimizing usability
• Studying buyer personas analyzing the customer journey and onsite conversion path
• Conducting a UX/UI analysis of the site and reorganizing the user interface based on data analysis
• Creating a datadriven CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategy using web analysis tools to optimize the site and the conversion rate
• Creating A/B tests to verify usability optimization hypotheses
• Collaborating with other team members to implement crosschannel optimization strategies (SEO advertising email marketing etc.)
• Creating surveys to study the target audience
• Monitoring the impact of the optimizations performed on the conversion rate and other relevant metrics

Requirements

Skills experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You speak English fluently Spanish or Italian is a plus
• You have a Bachelors degree in marketing analytics or related field
• You have at least 5 years of experience in CRO/UX or a similar role
• You are based in Barcelona or its surroundings
• You can analyze data and suggest actionable insights
• You have worked with platforms such as GA4 Optimize Hotjar and similar tools
• You are familiar with Figma or similar systems
