Job Description

Job Brief:

We are seeking a dynamic and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide product information and assistance to customers
  • Process orders returns and exchanges
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills

Skills:

  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
