PMO Manager Brussels 12 months
Our important client is currently looking for a PMO Manager for a 12month contract based in Brussels. Day rate is negotiable.
The candidate will support the SAP Transformation Program and Core Management in the following areas:
Project & Program governance embedded
Project planning & progress reporting (40 projects within the program)
Program Resource Management
Prepare and monitor program financials (actuals & budgets of all projects). aligning with tools.
Provide financial KPI s metrics & reporting. to Program Management and SteerCo.
Followup and report on Program Value Realisation
Followup with SI s & SAP (multivendor) on contractually agreed deliverables (Vendor Service delivery QA & Contract Mgt)
Maintain the Program Risk Log
Organise the Program Central Organisational Change Management including
Communication Mobilization Training and Adoption Coordination
Requirements
Must have (critical/compliance requirements):
Languages: NL FR and EN; and
10 years experience in setting up and running a large Program Management Office; and
15 years experience in Program and Project Management; and
At least 2 full life cycle large SAP Transformation projects with a broad functional scope
(each covering at least 3 out of: Financials HR CRM Sales SCM Assets/MRO Procurement);
