US Looking for High School Teacher in New York (USA)
Qualification: Bachelors

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plans a program of study that meets the individual needs interests and abilities of students in accordance with Charter and/or building goals and objectives.
2. Employs a variety of instructional techniques and instructional media consistent with the physical limitations of the location provided and the needs and capabilities of the individuals or student groups involved.
3. Develops a positive classroom learning environment that is studentcentered conducive to learning and is appropriate to the maturity ability and interest of students.
4. Manages student behavior through the use of educationally sound methods and management systems designed to develop behavior which demonstrates respect for self and others.
5. Communicates the established objectives and expectations to students and maintains high expectations for student outcomes which are consistent with the Charters goals of mastery.
