The Sales & Marketing Analyst is a key member of the team collaborating across departments to define performance indicators create predictive models and drive databacked decisions. This role partners closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to support sales operations and other teams in achieving revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement analytical solutions to boost revenue growth and enhance decisionmaking in Sales & Marketing.
- Define and report on monthly quarterly and yearend New Rent Revenue.
- Utilize Power BI to identify data sources and requirements for analytics initiatives.
- Analyze sales reports and data to improve sales ratios and revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in analytics.
- Collaborate with IT and external partners to enhance CRM and troubleshoot issues.
- Support Revenue Management projects requiring CRM use including pricing acquisitions and new development setup.
- Measure marketing ROI conversion rates and cost per metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Benchmark current sales & marketing performance against industry best practices.
- Analyze customer data to uncover insights into consumer behavior.
- Develop and automate reports dashboards and scorecards for internal and community sales & marketing teams.
- Ensure CRM data quality through monitoring and checks.
- Lead competitive analysis market data and CRM training efforts.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field (Masters preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI.
- 5 years of experience in analytics data science or similar.
- Proven success in developing and implementing analytics strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in data visualization and statistical analysis software.
