ROLE: Integrated Project Lead
SALARY: Up to 100K
SETUP: Hybrid (3 days onsite 2 days remote)
As a Lead Integrated Project Manager your role is to traffic the work into the studio factoring in studio resource media scheduling/timelines guidelines and demanding stakeholders.
You will possess fantastic organizational skills and accept accountability to ensure that your campaigns go out on time and to budget. You will be working on a range of clients liaising with our studio seeing the project through from end to end.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship management
- Proactively working across teams to find solutions and optimization of internal workflows and improve processes
- Coordinate with operations deployment and integrated production leads on overall scheduling and planning of projects and resources
- this includes the internal and external management of expectations and project task prioritization
- Manage department and senior management informational requests
Deliverables management
- Ensuring all monthly production billing is correct
- Leading the team of Integrated Project Managers in either meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Key relationship between creative & production teams
- Manage and monitor timelines and deadlines to help set realistic client expectations
- Oversight and management of all master production and touchpoint rollouts with resources in Chennai
- Lead resource management for the studio teams by identifying and flagging upcoming needs with Head of disciplines in Chennai
Deployment
- Point of escalation to the IPM for creative or layout input or any production challenges on the media aspects
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience working in Print / Moving Image / Digital creative services industry
- Strong team management experience
- Prioritization time management and attention to detail
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
