Remote Order Management

We are seeking a Remote Order Management Specialist within our company. In this role you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing orders tracking shipments resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Process incoming orders in a timely manner

Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on time

Investigate and resolve any order discrepancies or issues

Maintain accurate records of orders shipments and customer interactions

Requirements:

2 years of experience in order management or a related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and order management software

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote setting
