Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with extensive knowledge in underwriting motor insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of more than 7 years in the field and will oversee the production of motor insurance policies, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in motor insurance production department.
- In-depth knowledge of motor insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
