Senior Tax Specialist

Tasks

Partnering managers and executives on tax matters relating to the management of tax opportunities for legal entities tax compliance and tax risks / Collaboration in the ongoing review of the tax strategy and the optimization of taxefficient structures based on current business activities always taking into account possible market changes / Support monthly tax reporting for the Groups legal entities including compliance with the Groups transfer pricing policy and income tax reporting / Quarterly support in accounting for tax issues and uncertainties in accordance with IFRIC 23 to clarify income taxes and provide guidance on tax accounting and compliance / Monitoring tax compliance for the Groups legal entities including the documentation of transfer pricing and tax returns / Organization and coordination of tax audits and discussion and resolution of possible discrepancies / Contact person for the tax authorities and responsible for interaction on direct and indirect tax issues / Monitoring changes in tax regulations and analyzing the impact on the Groups business / Ad hoc projects regarding Group Tax.

Requirements

University degree in Finance Accounting or Tax / Sound work experience in a tax role in a multinational company tax consultancy firm or BigFour company / Sound in international taxation and indirect taxes as well as in tax accounting and compliance / Very good analytical skills and attention to detail / Ability to work in a team with various stakeholders when discussing complex tax issues / Team player with intercultural ability / Ability to work independently / Strong sense of discipline and responsibility / High degree of reliability / Fluency in German and English.
