We are seeking a dedicated HR Tech Platform Service High Volume Job Posting Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with experience in HR and will be adept at managing high volumes of job postings through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee highvolume job postings across multiple platforms using API Rest XML feeds and RPA technologies.
Ensure seamless integration and functionality of job postings with various HR tech platforms.
Collaborate with HR IT and other crossfunctional teams to enhance and streamline job posting processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to job postings ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain and update digital job posting tools and systems to adapt to evolving business needs.
Analyze and report on the performance of job postings providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in HR tech and digital job postings.
Required Skills and Experience:
A background in Tech and/or HR.
Expertise in API Rest XML feeds RPA and strong digital skills.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Experience in high Volume job posting is a MUST
Prior HR experience is a valuable plus.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Proactive with a strong initiative to drive improvements and efficiencies.
