Responsibilities

• Supervising construction of single/ double storey homes at varying stages of the building process.
  
  
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  
  
• Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  
  
• Coordinate with subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
  
  
• Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
  
  
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to the client's standards and specifications.
  
  

What you will bring to the role

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Site Manager in Residential projects, preferably in Volume or Medium Density.
  
  
• Proven track record in overseeing 15-18 sites consecutively.
  
  
• A strong customer focus, the ability to multi-task and have a flexible and adaptable approach.
  
  
• A commitment to upholding the client's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Qualification in Building / Construction and/or trade experience is highly desirable.
  
  
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  
  
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
