Site Supervisor Commercial Construction

About the Role:
We are currently partnered with a Commercial Builder in Western Australia and we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Supervisor to join a dynamic team for a Metro project based in Perth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing commercial construction projects, particularly those involving tilt panel construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Utilize MS Project or SmartSheet for project scheduling and management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Site Manager with specific expertise in tilt panel construction.
• Relevant qualifications and tickets in construction management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and standards.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Smart Sheet.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Challenges:

• The role requires managing projects in diverse and sometimes remote locations within the South West, Metro area, presenting unique logistical and coordination challenges.
