Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health services administration, or any related field. Technical diplomas in health administration or patient services may also be acceptable.
Interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate courteously and professionally with patients and their families, and the ability to provide emotional support and guidance in medical situations.
Organization and time management: Ability to effectively manage patients' appointments and doctors' schedules, ensuring that their medical needs and scheduled appointments are met.
Basic Medical Knowledge: Understand medical basics and common medical terminology to understand medical conditions and handle medical records.
