You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAbout The Role: Become an expert inCoCounsel generative AI software and work closely with law firmsand corporate legal teams to understand their use cases and painpoints; Build trusted relationships with keystakeholders at all levels within targeted prospects and existingclients; Support deal close by overseeing theestablishment and successful administration of Proofs of Conceptand facilitated trials (including oversight of entitlementconfiguration user briefings training and support); Postsale oversee client setup and onboarding(including entitlement and training) and regularly engage withclients to identify new use cases and implement strategies toexpand their return on investment from CoCounsel / GenAI; Capture and communicate voice of thecustomer to relevant TR functions including leadership strategysales proposition presales customer success marketing and productteams; Coordinate resolution of product andother issues impacting customers successful use of CoCounsel; Prepare and deliver project presentations andproject status reports to prospects andclients.
